There may be a movie, yes. The last that we heard, DD was doing a bit of a rewrite of the script. Yes, DD is writing the script!

YAY!!!!!!!!!!!! I always want the books I read to become movies. This series is the absolute BEST!!! YES YES YES I do want the series to become movies so that I can tell my friends and family how much better the books are. Or, if it becomes as good as the book, (a very rare occasion) how awesome the books are as well.
