*is happy that Jacob won't imprint on Bella* i think she should be with Edward, and i think him imprinting would make that a lot harder. Knowing that Jacob could have no one else but her, would make Bella feel extreamly guilty.

Okay, so I just finished reading Eclipse. Slightly annoyed. I wanted to read about the wedding!!! And the whole changing her. I hope there's going to be another book about that... I really do.

Oh and I really think that "Your Guardian Angel" by The Red Jumpsuit Aparatus is a good song for this series.

No guarantee he'll be back, either. THe point is, he's hurt, and he can't take it any more, so he's run off as a wolf to escape the problems of being a human....not that he can run from something like that, but he sure can try. There will be more books, and chances are they'll show us something of what happens to Bella. We still don't know what abbility she gains, after all!

There's no way he's going to imprint on Leah. Stephenie said that you imprint on a person the first time you see them after becoming a werewolf. Therefore, jacob can never imprint on Bella, or Leah, or on anyone he's met thus far. However, he might imprint on someone new to the series.

Okay, so, catching up....

First: Does anyone have any information on the fourth book? I heard rumors that it was Twilight from Edward's p.o.v......but I'm not too sure.

Second: Poor, poor Jacob. I think he actually imprinted on Bella. That would explain the visions Bella has of them together, and how comfortable she always, _always_ is with him. The problem is, Edward isn't really supposed to be alive, which sort of ruins things, even if they are true loves.

It's very interesting, isn't it? Brings up some interesting questions....^^

But that's pretty much it for now. I'll think of some more to discuss later...^^

The fourth book is called Breaking Dawn. It is an actual new story, not twilight from edwards pov. However, Stephenie is writing Twilight from Edward's pov. You can find out everything there is to know about the books at stephenie's website: here or at the twilight lexicon: here

Jacob didn't imprint on Bella. If he had, then the part in New Moon, the first time he sees her after he becomes a werewolf, it would have been completely different. He wouldn't have had to hurt her the way he did, he could have told her everything. But he didn't imprint on her, so they obviously aren't soulmates. They could proably be happy together, but it wouldn't be the same as imprinting...

And we've already discussed the possibility of him hiding it. Meyer said he never has, and he never will, imprint on her. ANd i'm glad of it since, as i keep on saying, Bella can't live without Jacob, and she certainly wouldn't feel right leaving Jacob if she knew that he could never stop loving her, and move on, while, in her mind, Edward has centuries to find someone he loves. Jacob does too, but the imprinting makes it a little bit harder.
Him imprinting on her would just bring them all even MORE pain.

I've actually seriously thought about writing a fic about a werewolf Imprinting on someone who is later turned into a vampire. What would happen then anyways?

JPW: I don't know.. but that is a good question. So far that fic I was talking about has only got to where he tells her that he's imprinted on a vampire....

There IS a fanfic, someone said, with a werewolf imprinting on a vampire. Currently, i have a book by a different author, from the library, talking about the offspring of a vampire and a werewolf...All i know is, it would be interesting. Though their might be some problems with other vampires, and werewolves, particullarly if it wasn't one of the GOOD vampires.

It would be kind of like Romeo and Juliet...they're in love, but they can never truly be together....how sad....

Isn't that sort of the point, though? Edward is the best for her-- she needs a protector, she needs someone to help her be who she really can be. Jacob is good for her, too. Sometimes she needs to loosen up, she's only human! (Pun intended, :P) She needs to have fun, and Jacob's the guy to go have fun with. He's a great friend, the best of friends. But, he's not healthy as something more, I think.

Besides, as YR said, she simply loves Edward more.

I can't wait till Breaking Dawn and Midnight Sun come out. 'Till then, I must content myself with fanfics... I think that in the end Jaboc should have imprinted on someone, Bella and Edward will be married 'happily ever after', and Bella and Jacob will still be friends, somehow.

Did anyone read the blog on Stephenie's myspace? She approximates that Breaking Dawn is going to be around 800 pages. That's a lot of Edward!

Also, according to amazon.com, the release date is august 5th. However, that's a tenative date, so don't quote me on that.
